Will MicMillan and Gray Morris compete at the IQ Foil Worlds
Congratulations to Woollahra members Will McMillan and Grae Morris who recently completed in the 2022 IQ worlds in Brest, France.

Will McMillan placed 59th and Grae morris placed 63rd. Both won heats in the qualifying rounds.

Grae Morris himself said of that win, It honestly felt like a this is where I belong moment. I know Im fast enough to be up there constantly, I just have a bit more learning and experience to cover off before thats going to happen. Its annoying and frustrating to be stuck in Silver Fleet, but all I can do now is learn and gain from these experiences.

Sail Sydney
A reminder to our members that the club is hosting Sail Sydney again this year. The regatta is on from the 15-19th of December - we encourage all our members to get involved, it is such a great and busy week at the club.

If you are not competing, why not volunteer and enjoy a day on the harbour being part of the biggest dinghy regatta in the country. Registration for competitors, volunteers and support boats is open via the Sail Sydney website.
