SECURITY AND SURVEILLANCE AT THE CLUB
The Club has legal obligations to protect the health and safety of all people who work at or visit its facilities. In so doing, it has regard to its obligations under the Workplace Surveillance Act (NSW) and to privacy laws and established privacy principles.
There is no covert surveillance, which in any event can only be conducted under a warrant issued by a Court.

CCTV cameras record movements within the clubhouse and its surrounds, and recordings may be retained as permitted by law. However, CCTV footage may only be accessed in approved circumstances by approved personnel. Currently, approved personnel are the Commodore, the Secretary, and nominated Club Staff.
