Woollahra Sailing Club's Discover Sailing Day
Unfortunately, we have had too many bookings. We have had such a great response and will schedule another Discover Sailing Day very soon. Please add your name to our wait list and we will be in touch! We also welcome your call or email to find out more about our club.
The Discover Sailing Day is an opportunity for our club to open up to the local community and introduce new people to our club and to our sport. Starting at 10am and finishing at 2pm we will have:
- Sailing trips for all ages
- Windsurfing and Wing-foiling demonstrations
- Powerboating adventure rides
- Tours of our club and facilities
- Facepainting, games and activities
- Special guests; NSW Fire and Rescue, NSW Water Police, SES and more
- Cafe open for drinks and snacks
- Different boat classes and water sports display
- WIN A $600 VOUCHER FOR USE AT OUR CLUB
What Do You Need to Bring?
We have lifejackets (pfd) so no need to bring one
- Clothes you don't mind getting wet (swimwear, activewear, old clothes, boardshorts)
- Water safe shoes, such as an old pair of runners
- A towel and change of clothes for after the session
Registration is essential for insurance purposes. Children welcome from ages 4+, all minors must be accompanied by an Adult, children under 7 years must also be accompanied on water by an adult.
