WSC AGM 2024 Notice to Members

Dear Member, The Board of Woollahra Sailing Club advise the 66th Annual General Meeting for 2024 will be held at 7pm on Tuesday, September 24th, 2024. The meeting will be conducted at the Woollahra Sailing Club. Details of the AGM and election of directors are available on the Club's website. Please note: In order to participate in the election of directors or the AGM you must be a current fully paid up financial Ordinary Member of the Club. Ordinary Members are Sailing Members (including honorary Sailing Members) and Life Members. Only Ordinary Members are eligible to be Elected Directors and such Member must have been an Ordinary Member for at least the previous 36 months. Nominations closed for board positions and motions to be presented at the AGM. On behalf of the Club Secretary and returning officer Sam Danieli (Club accountant), this is to advise that 4 nominations were received for the 4 vacant board director positions. No motions were received.
