WSC AGM 2025 Notice to Members

Dear Member,

The Board of Woollahra Sailing Club advise the 67th Annual General Meeting 2025 will be held at 7pm on Tuesday, 23 September, 2025. The meeting will be conducted at the Woollahra Sailing Club. Details of the AGM and election of directors are available on the Club's website. You can browse and download documents relating to the AGM below. These documents include:

Annual Report

Minutes of last year's AGM

If you have any questions regarding the AGM or nominations, please do not hesitate to contact the office at [email protected]. Please note: In order to participate in the election of directors or the AGM you must be a current fully paid up financial Ordinary Member of the Club. Ordinary Members are Sailing Members (including honorary Sailing Members) and Life Members. Only Ordinary Members are eligible to be Elected Directors and such Member must have been an Ordinary Member for at least the previous 36 months. Final Notice of Nominations, Motions and Annual report including Financials will be sent 21 days prior to the AGM.
