Optimist Term 4 2023 program

DRAFT Dear Optimist Sailor Parents,

We have a big optimist program for term 4 2023 with lots of options. So many options that the online booking was looking a bit complex. As a result we have summarised it all here.

We have training and racing scheduled for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Note that there are no session weekend of 27 October due to the ACT Optimist Regatta. Details below.

What can you book?

1. Single sessions. You can book single sessions for any of the days listed above.
2. Full term for a single day. Eg full term Friday and/or full-term Sunday. These tickets have a 20% discount as compared to single sessions.
3. Full term every day. This is Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday. This has a further 20% discount.
4. and also Wednesday fortnightly sessions for Open Fleet only (4 sessions 25/10, 1/11, 15/11, 29/11) $224

Single Sessions:

• Single session Fridays $55: Friday Training
• Single sessions Saturday $60: Saturday Training
• Single sessions Sunday Racing $70: Sunday Racing
• Single sessions Sunday Open Training $75: Sunday Training TBC

Full term selected day(s) of the week:

• Full term Friday $350 - save $90: Friday Training
• Full term Saturday $390 - save $90: Saturday Training
• Full term Sunday Racing $280 - save $70: Sunday Racing
• Full term Sunday Open Training $240 - save $60: Sunday Training TBC

The whole lot:

• Intermediate - Full term all sessions all days $815 - save $455: Woollahra Sailing Club : Optimist Full Program - all inclusive
• Open - Full term all sessions all days $1000 - save $570: Woollahra Sailing Club : Optimist Full Program - all inclusive

All of these tickets can be purchased online. We ask that parents purchase online and do so before the sailor attends. If sailors turn up for coaching without a booking for that day(s) we will add the booking plus a 10% admin fee and forward an invoice for the same.
