WINDSURF

Get on Board

Windsurfing, sailboarding…. Whatever you want to call it, windsurfing is making a comeback in Rose Bay Sydney. Come and join us.

PADDLERS

Paddlers

Kayak, Surf Ski & Standup Paddling. The club is home to over 150 Paddle members. Lessons and board hire available.

Courses

The club has a dedicated team of instructors and structured sailing program, representing a great way for kids to get onto the water and enjoy the adventures of sailing.

Welcome to Woollahra Sailing Club

Woollahra Sailing Club is home to one of the most impressive dinghy clubs in Australia.  Situated overlooking picturesque Rose Bay, Members enjoy some of Sydney’s best views and come of the best dinghy sailing facilities on the Harbour.

With it’s spectacular location, competitive racing and some of the friendliest members to be found anywhere, Woollahra has offered the best in sailing club membership for more than 60 years. We invite you to come and experience the special Woollahra welcome yourself.

Woollahra Sailing Club with over 50 years of history as a pure dinghy sailing club it is with a sense of pride that the club embraces the new challenges of the times and creates a clear vision for the years ahead. The Current Committee continues to navigate the Club into a bright and prosperous future- upholding the image of Woollahra Sailing Club being one of the most impressive dinghy sailing clubs in Australia.

Woollahra Sailing Club Memberships

There are a host of good reasons to become a member of the Woollahra Sailing Club.

For all adults over 18 (and students over 21) who sail at the Club you are required to become senior members. This also includes both adult sailors on two-person boats.

If you are interested in joining one of the friendliest and most well respected clubs in New South Wales, we would be happy to welcome you aboard!

This is for individuals who would like to enjoy the atmosphere and facilities of the club however do not wish to be a member of a sailing division.

Coming by car is easy and there is plenty of free council parking right next to the club behind the tennis courts. It is a public car park so on weekends allow yourself a little more time to find a space. Parking is also available on the surrounding streets although may be restricted by the hour.

Train/bus: The nearest train/bus station is Edgecliff. The 324, 325 or 326 buses will drop you within a short walk of the club. Bondi Junction is the second closest train/bus station to us. Plan your trip here: http://www.transportnsw.info/

Ferry: There’s also a regular ferry from Circular Quay to Rose Bay. Check out the eastern suburb ferry timetable.
