Membership

With great sailing, no waiting lists, no interviews and no fuss; it is hardly surprising that Woollahra Sailing Club is one of the biggest and most successful dinghy clubs in Sydney. The club is continuously growing and now consists of over 400 members.

What do you get for being a member?

*	Large changing rooms that are always supplied with hot water for the showers!
*	Training for all levels is often provided by the club.For further details, you will need to contact your fleet representative.
*	Year round racing.
*	Social and information nights.
*	Boat storage.
*	Fantastic selection of hot and cold food.
*	Balcony with a view of Rose Bay to enjoy a post-sail beer.

If you are new to sailing, and have a question - then just ask another member. Everyone at WSC is friendly and always willing to help with any (sailing related!) problems.

f you already own a boat, you can try sailing with us for a day with our very competitive day sailing rates at only $5 for a single hander and $10 for a two hander.

If you are still unsure whether or not to join, come to the club for three complimentary weekends sailing. After that, you are required to pay up to continue enjoying the fantastic sailing that is offered.

There are four membership options:

Junior/Student This is for children and teenagers aged up to 18, or 21for students who are enrolled in full-time study.

Senior All adults (and students over 21) are required to become senior members. This includes both adult sailors on two person boats.

Family Family membership is as the name suggests, for a family. This membership includes up to two junior and two senior members.

Associate/Special Category Anyone who does not fit into the above catrgories. Such as kayakers who wish to use the clubs' facilities including the showers and boat storage must become Associate/Special Category members.

Joining the club is a very simple process, complete the application forms, pay the required fees and then you are all set to sail!
